How it all began

TIC Traffic International Consortium (S) Pte Ltd is founded by a team of experienced professionals who have more than 20 years' of experience in managing Air and Ocean freight forwarding services. Our team is capable of handling all kinds of shipments, be it garments/apparels, electronics, AOG, DG, OOG and more.

With the change in market demands, we focus on providing services to companies in the high-tech semi-conductors, aviation and aerospace, and the E-Commerce Industry. We possess the capability of handling sensitive laboratory equipment, personal effects, dangerous goods, as well as valuable cargo.

With our proximity advantage in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) of Changi Airfreight Centre, our office and warehousing facility offers a seamless and reliable transhipment and re-exporting services via air or air-sea shipment services.

We pride ourselves in offering a one-stop service station for customs clearance and customers’ freight and shipping needs, offering port-to-port and door-to-door services across our ever-expanding network of agencies, spanning major international gateways and continents.

Technology had been infiltrating and changing almost every industry and supply chain logistics is no exception. We are starting to see changes in the whole supply chain flow, shortening the process and making it more transparent. With the upcoming logistic trends steering into robotics, artificial intelligence and automation, demands for accuracy and speed is now key in the logistic sector. Clients are demanding cargos to be delivered at the shortest possible time and requesting for perfect delivery with no delays or issues. Clients want to know where their items are at any given time of the day. 

With all the demanding changes, TIC is constantly adapting and changing to meet the demands of the next era. We are now focusing on improving our internal workflow to make it more digitalized while reducing unnecessary repetitive work. We have embarked on a better warehouse management system to keep track of our items and ensure all stocks are correct and up to date. We are also working on implementing a tracking system for clients to locate their cargos. Apart from improving our systems, we have started to explore other industries such as pharmaceuticals and e-commerce.

We believe that a company cannot survive the future on its own and is putting in a lot of effort to secure a stable and supportive network to be able to meet clients demand.
